This series consists of video recordings that document activities of the federal Bureau of Prisons pertaining to health issues (drugs and AIDS[acquired immune deficiency syndrome]) for inmates and correctional institution employees, the selection of prison locations, operating with reduced budgets, overcrowding, and model correctional facilities. Video recordings include Department of Justice figures such as Janet Reno and Jamie Gorelick, and Bureau of Prisons Directors Kathleen Hawk Sawyer and J. Michael Quinlan.
